The hotel is situated in a favorable location creating a quiet environment, perfect for a blissful rest. the restaurant offered excellent meals and good service. the new property was attractive and well-maintained.
The staff needed better training and expertise in customer service. there were deficiencies in facilities that were available because of undisclosed ongoing construction.
